We will endeavour to get any exchanges or refunds processed as quickly as we can, however due to a combination of high demand, Covid 19 interruptions, and Brexit related shipping issues, there could be a delay of up to 10 to 14 days.

Dubarry fulfilment of website orders is determined by a combination of the following; the nearest fulfilment centre to you, the most cost effective delivery solution available and compliance with the prevailing VAT/Sales Tax obligations.
SHIPPING OPTIONS WITHIN THE UK
1. DPD/Interlink Standard delivery from our door to yours. We endeavour to fulfil every standard shipping order in 4-5 working days. The cost of Standard Delivery is £9 and is FREE for UK orders over £149.

If there are dispatch delays affecting normal service, we post current delivery and delay information on our website. Individual orders experiencing delays at our end are always informed directly.
Our couriers deliver between 9am and 5pm on Mondays to Fridays only (not bank holidays). You will receive an automated email on dispatch of your goods. For specific information on your order please log in to your account.
For shoes, boots, luggage (or any orders of an insurable value) our couriers will require a signature on delivery. You may provide a delivery address other than that of your home if you are not at home during the day. If you provide a work address, please ensure that the correct office/department/floor details are supplied.

Dubarry of Ireland endeavours to fulfil every order in the shortest possible time. Where stocked out items are placed on back order the lead time may be longer.
Where multiple items are purchased in an order customers may recieve separate packages. Where multiple orders are placed we are unable to combine orders retrospectively due to short fulfillment times.
There may be rare occasions where we face stock shortages through circumstances beyond our control. Should such circumstances arise, Dubarry of Ireland reserve the right to extend the lead time for fulfilment or extend the back-order period where appropriate and within reason. This does not affect your right to cancel any order already placed and receive a full refund to the value of the cancelled order.
Customers outside the EU (including Channel Islands) are not charged the UK’s Value Added Tax (VAT) but are responsible for the payment of any local applicable taxes including import duties which may be charged by your border and duty authority directly to you on delivery. These charges will vary depending on your country of residence. We cannot accept responsibility for these charges.
