Shipping method

Dubarry orders to the countries listed above are dispatched from the Netherlands by UPS.

Taxation

Customers outside the EU (Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein, Canada, Singapore etc.) are not charged Value Added Tax (VAT) but are responsible for the payment of any local applicable taxes including import duties which may be charged by your border and duty authority directly to you on delivery. These charges will vary depending on your country of residence. We cannot accept responsibility for these charges.

Fulfilment of Orders

Where multiple items are purchased in an order customers may receive separate packages. Where multiple orders are placed we are unable to combine orders retrospectively due to short fulfilment times.

Dubarry of Ireland endeavours to process the order and we ship to your address within 1-3 working days and 6-8 days when the item is in stock in Ireland).

Upon Delivery

For shoes, boots, luggage (or any orders of an insurable value) our couriers will require a signature on delivery. You may provide a delivery address other than that of your home if you are not at home during the day. If you provide a work address, please ensure that the correct office/department/floor details are supplied.

Delivery Times

UPS couriers deliver Mondays to Fridays only (not bank holidays). You will receive an automated email on dispatch of your goods. For specific information on your order please log in to your account.
