Fulfilment of Orders

Where multiple items are purchased in an order customers may receive separate packages. Where multiple orders are placed we are unable to combine orders retrospectively due to short fulfilment times.

Dubarry of Ireland endeavours to fulfil every order in the shortest possible time (typically 2-3 working days where items are in stock at our GB point of distribution and up to 6-8 days where items may need to ship from our headquarters in Ireland. There are no additional duties or taxes charged on shipment from the Irish warehouse).

Taxation

Dubarry fulfil GB orders from our offices in Oxford, however in some cases orders may be fulfilled or partially fulfilled from Ireland. Any items shipped from Ireland will be Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Orders destined for Guernsey or Jersey will have the taxation deducted from the total cost during the checkout process.

Cancellation of Orders

Orders may only be cancelled before shipping. Full refund will be processed on day of cancellation but it can take the payment provider 1-2 days to return funds to your account
