Returns policy for website, event, and Dubarry store purchases

If you are not completely satisfied with your order from Dubarry, we will be happy to refund the cost of the item within 30 days of purchase/receipt, provided the items are unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all labeling and swing tags intact.

Please note the following:

  • It is essential that any unsuitable items, unless faulty, are returned in a re-saleable condition.
  • Postage costs are not refunded.
  • Web orders over $199 will ship with a pre-paid return label on the back of your invoice. If you did not recieve a pre-paid shipping label, please request one here and include your order number and name to request one. 

  

If you return an item purchased online or at an event, for a refund by mail, please enclose a letter stating:

  • Whether your item(s) were purchased online or at an event
  • The website order number when purchased online
  • A copy of your receipt where purchased at an event
  • The reasons for return
  • Full contact details, including postal address and daytime contact telephone number

Returns for warranty inspection

In the unlikely event of a problem with your Dubarry product, you must return them in the first instance to where they were originally purchased for an initial assessment. The next step will be for the Dubarry Customer Service Team to determine whether these goods should be repaired, replaced, or returned. Where purchased directly from Dubarry please return goods to the address noted above and include:

  • Your name
  • Where and when your item(s) were purchased
  • A copy of your receipt
  • Your reasons for return giving specific details about where our product has not met with your expectations
  • Return postal address, email address, and telephone number.
