Craftsmanship in every boot, shoe and garment

At Dubarry of Ireland, we take great care and pride in the design and craftsmanship of all our products. We use only the best of raw materials to the highest international manufacturing standards. It is our objective that every product we sell should be fit for purpose. All products are fully guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Your statutory rights are in no way affected. Please note that normal wear and tear or accidental damage to the item is not covered under the warranty policy. 

In the most unlikely event that a Dubarry product does not match up to our standards we will take corrective action. If, within twelve months of purchase, there are any material and workmanship defects in your product then please return it, along with proof of purchase, to the outlet/vendor from where it was purchased. It will be promptly returned to us for repair. In the event of it not being repairable then we will replace it. It is very important to note that failure to follow our care guidelines will result in the goods not being covered by our warranty.

Where purchased directly from Dubarry of Ireland, either from our own stores, online or from Dubarry Events, goods must be returned in undamaged packaging by registered or any other postage method requiring the recipient (Dubarry of Ireland) to sign on delivery. Please note that normal wear and tear or accidental damage to the item and damage due to failure to follow our care guidelines is not covered under our warranty policy. However our Customer Service Department will be happy to provide you with a quotation for repair where possible.

Repairs inside of warranty period

For Dubarry of Ireland product repairs inside of the one year warranty, all repairs are carried out free of charge. Where you purchased from a Dubarry of Ireland retailer, you must return the product in the first instance to where you originally purchased them for an initial assessment. In some cases this assessment in conjunction with the Dubarry Customer Service Team can be undertaken electronically using photographs to help expedite the process and in some cases alleviate the need for goods to be returned.

Repairs outside of warranty period

For Dubarry of Ireland product repairs outside of the one year warranty a charge of €45 will usually apply. Please also note that depending on location, shipping costs may also apply. However, some general footwear repairs can be carried out free of charge. These include amongst others: re-stitching, sole re-sticking and repair of loose boot linings. Individual cases may vary and it may be necessary to apply the fixed charge of €45 to a standard repair.

Footwear Repairs

In the unlikely event of a problem with your Dubarry product, you must return them in the first instance to where they were originally purchased for an initial assessment. The next step will be for the Dubarry Customer Service Team to determine whether these goods should be repaired, replaced or returned. In some cases this assessment in conjunction with the Dubarry Customer Service Team can be undertaken electronically using photographs to help expedite the process and in some cases alleviate the need for goods to be returned.
