RETURNS POLICY FOR WEBSITE AND EVENTS
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
If you are not completely satisfied with your order from Dubarry we will refund the cost of the item within 30 days of purchase/receipt, provided the items are unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging with all labelling and swing tags intact.
Please use the return form included in the parcel and return your goods to the following address:

Please note that the customer carries all the shipping costs of the return. You can choose your own shipping method for the return. If you return the goods by using your local postal services, then we advise to ship the parcel by registered mail, insured for its full value. Dubarry of Ireland strongly recommends to return your purchase using a shipping service with tracking option as you are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us. Please, when possible, use the original packaging when sending the items back.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RETURN MY ORDER?
This will depend on the shipping service that you choose. Please note that the customer carries all the return costs.
WILL THE SHIPPING COSTS BE REFUNDED IF I RETURN MY ORDER?
The shipping costs will only be refunded if you have received goods, which were not the goods you ordered or if the goods were damaged upon arrival.

We do not offer a separate process for exchanges. If you wish to exchange your order for a different size, colour or style, you should return your order for refund, and place a separate new order, through the website, for that item.
RETURNING GOODS PURCHASED FROM A DUBARRY STOCKIST?
In the unlikely event of a problem with your Dubarry product, which you have purchased from one of our stockists listed on our website, you must return them in the first instance to where they were originally purchased, for an initial assessment. The next step will be for the stockist, along with the Dubarry Customer Service Team, to determine whether these goods should be repaired, replaced or returned. Please adhere to the returns policy of the stockist.
If you choose to keep the items purchased for longer than the 30 day return period as described above, we will be unable to provide a refund. Dubarry of Ireland consider the return period of 30 days sufficient for customers to inspect the items for any faults and thus to accept them. Should your items become faulty once the return period has elapsed and the items are within the one year warranty period, we will either repair or replace the items, at our discretion.
